Our group sell various of choco jar by Choco Jar Manis Si Bam Bam. It is a choco jar filled with mini coco crunch and melted chocolate. There will be topping and melted chocolate options for customer to choose. We are based in Kuching, Sarawak but we provide postage service to all Malaysia. Our choco jar offer a very reasonable price based on the size of it.

We used Whatsapp as our marketing activity as well because we can easily communicate with our existed customers and other viewers will also help us to promote our business.

Throughout this business project, I can conclude that this project has helped us in many ways in improving our business skills such as marketing, using various social media platforms, copywriting, handling stocks and finances, and dealing with customers. Apart from that, our team reached the sales target and was able to meet our customer's expectations of our product.
However, there are challenges when conducting this business project as all of our team members came from different places in Malaysia so we have to find ways to distribute the stocks to each member. Because of Covid 19, we could not conduct this business physically because not all of the students can return to the campus. Besides, some of our team members have a hard time getting one customer but all of us were able to get customers at the end of this project.
Despite dealing with a lot of challenges, as a team, all of us contribute and cooperate very well in making this business project a huge success for us. As a leader and a former diploma student who had taken the business course before, I was able to lead and guide my team members into the business world. I taught them how to create a good copywriting post, e-poster, and deal with customers. The important thing was I enjoyed doing this business project together with my team even though we were not able to meet each other physically but we did it successfully and gained a huge amount of sales.
